The place was very peaceful, had everything we needed. Short drive from the Airport and to Naranjo where we were taking a class. The house had all the essential items in the kitchen and was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and spacious. The pool was a nice touch after a long day. We loved being at the end of the road where it was so quiet and peaceful birds chirping and hearing the water running in the distance. Patrick was an excellent host and was very responsive to the few questions we had. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking the the area.

What can I say about this property? It's a beautiful, stunning, comfortable, clean, refreshing and outstanding home From the moment you arrive you will feel as if you are in your own little world. Surrounded by trees, nature and fresh air The house is fully equipped with everything you need, just remember to bring your groceries and come prepared to simply relax. The patio area is perfect for those fun family BBQs . The pool is refreshing and perfect. Rooms are very comfortable. But above all this wonderful things I can say that the BEST BEST BEST part of our trip was our property manager Ronald. We were here for a wedding and even prior our arrival Ronald went above and beyond to help in any way possible! His hospitality really made our trip an unforgettable experience. Prior, during and even after our stay he remained in contact to make sure we had everything we needed. Ronald was a phenomenal addition to our experience and we will be forever grateful. What a wonderful host! I have no words to thank you enough for all your efforts! We will be back Thank you again

We had such an amazing stay in Patrick's place! The house is stunning, the pictures really don't do it justice. It's in a gated neighborhood with a guard at the front, around the clock, who lets you in and out. The backyard has gorgeous views, beautiful trees and lots of birds. We loved sitting on the back patio in the morning and drinking our coffee and enjoying the peace. We were only there for the sunset one of the days, but it was a perfect view for sunsets. The location was great. We rented a car and we were able to go in all sorts of directions. We went to tamarindo (about 4 hours each way), Jaco (1.5 hrs), Arenal (2.5 hrs), Monteverde (2.5 hrs), La Paz waterfalls (1.5 hrs), Sarchi (20 min). It's about 10-15 min away from Grecia, which is where we got our groceries, and there are many restaurants in Grecia. Ronald, the co-host, recommended El Rancho de Nelson, which was one of our favorite meals of the whole trip. We truly enjoyed our stay! Thanks so much, Patrick and Ronald!

We love staying at Patrick’s house!!! This is the third or fourth time we’ve rented. The community is wonderful, the house is beautiful and the location is super convenient to all major tourist attractions.

What a fabulous home in a great location. I was on vacation with my Sister and 16 year old nephew, this home was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for more. We had a few questions and Patrick got back to us asap. This home made our vacation unforgettable, we can’t wait to come back and hope to stay here again!
