The Space
The house offers 3 Bedrooms, a master suite with a king bed and two guest bedrooms with queen beds, and 2.5 baths. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed with walkout patio and views of the pool and hot tub. The master bathroom also pampers with spacious indoor and outdoor showers. The two bedrooms upstairs have queen beds and plenty of closet space along with a separate 2nd floor full bathroom!
This villa comes complete with a gourmet kitchen with granite counters and built-in stainless steel appliances. The house has a stove, microwave, oven, refrigerator with icemaker & dishwasher. Extra appliances include: coffee pot, crock pot, electric can opener, 4-slice toaster and blender.
Patio, Pool and Jacuzzi

The pool and Jacuzzi are generally 80-85 degrees during the day. This is a comfortable refreshing temperature for swimming. The pool and jacuzzi are not heated above those temperatures.
